Hi, my name is Mindy Luthman and I am the K-6 School Counselor. This is my 1st year in the counseling field and I am excited to be a Cardinal. I graduated from Versailles High School and went on to earn my Bachelors in Education from Wright State University. I then completed my Masters of School Counseling. I began my career at Fort Recovery Local Schools where I taught 9th grade English for 10 years. I currently live in St. Henry, Ohio with my husband and our four children.
School counselors help children and youth succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally. They collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments that strengthen connections between home, school, and the community for all students. Some of my other more specific duties will include test coordinating, classroom lessons, and providing counseling to students K-6.
